Jul 19Table Talk: Watermelon Salad

Today our recipe comes from Teresa. I don’t know her well, but from reading her blog, I do know that she knows food. And I’m not talking going to the grocery store and buying veggies. You see, Teresa has a garden, shops the farmers market, participates in meat shares and has an affinity for fresh, local food as much as I do!

This watermelon salad is refreshing, super easy to prepare and most importantly, delicious! Enjoy!

Watermelon & Balsamic Fruit Salad
Watermelon, cut into chunks
Blueberries
Feta cheese
Balsamic vinegar- Teresa uses raspberry flavored, but any will do. Put more on than you think will be necessary becausethe other ingredients soak it up
1- Mix all ingredients together
2- Set for a bit
3- Serve
