Dec 07Table Talk: Cinnamon Honey Butter

This year for our 2010 gift, we decided to give Cinnamon Honey Butter to our friends and neighbors. It was at Pam’s recommendation and it’s delicious on toast, biscuits and oatmeal. Enjoy!

Cinnamon Honey Butter
2 sticks salted butter, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup honey
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1- Whip the butter with hand mixer (make sure it’s soft and at room temperature.)

2- Add the powdered sugar, whip, scrape the bowl, then whip again.

3- Add the honey, whip, scrape the bowl, then whip again.

4- Add the cinnamon, whip, scrape the bowl, then whip again.

5- Spoon into jars.

Yield: 5 4-ounce canning jars
