Aug 11Sustainable Thursday: Elizabeth Farmer’s Market

Last weekend Stephen stopped by the Elizabeth Farmer’s Market and had very positive reviews. Among the items to choose from, he picked up delicious heirloom tomatoes, zucchini, squash and gorgeous flowers. The vendors bring goods that are 100% local, organic or sustainably grown and are hand selected by Trey Wilson of the Customshop. I love how Charlotte is embracing small, local markets throughout town and in various neighborhoods. If you’re in Elizabeth or Charlotte, definitely stop by and support this local gem.
