Hello! How are you?

It was so great to be off last week for some R&R. As I mentioned, we were hanging with friends. But, I didn’t mention that we were with friends in Rome! Yes, we spent Valentine’s Day and a delightful three days in Italy enjoying the sights, eating amazing food and spending time with wonderful company.

It was great to getaway and experience a new city and actually, a new-to-me country. Have you been? I definitely want to explore more of the country and their culture. The history in Europe is downright amazing and I can’t wait until our next adventure!

I’m working on getting the slideshow to work and will share some more images soon.

      What an amazing week!  I adore Rome, Italy … and well, Europe in general.  I used to go relatively often, but have traveled stateside only for a long while.  Two little tikes might have something to do with that. ;-)  But a jaunt to France is planned for next year, so I’m looking forward to it already!

      Ohhh… Paris sounds wonderful. I’ve never been but it’s definitely on my list of places to visit in the future. Hopefully sooner rather than later. :) And yes, I’m sure two little ones tend to keep you very busy… but in a good way.
