Oh my goodness, I have a new favorite salad dressing. Since it’s summer, I’ve been eating all types of greens, cooked and raw. And with that, comes the need for a healthy topper. Yes, truth be told, I love ranch. But, I know it’s not the best for me so I’ve been substituting plain balsamic vinegar. Quite frankly though, it can be bitter. So, when I discovered peach white balsamic vinegar during a recent trip, I was smitten. The perfect amount of sweet and tart, a little goes a long way and it doesn’t negate the positive benefits of my greens. Enjoy!
